Robwen's larger capacity portable and BCFP configurations are perfectly
suited to inexpensively convert existing sprinkler systems to class A foam
capability. The systems are charged with foam and left in the ON
position. Pump the system until foam has reached the outermost
sprinkler head and shut down. From that point on, whenever a sprinkler
head is activated, foam will be present.
This Texas cotton gin, located in a region where
40 knot winds are a daily
occurrence, had grown accustomed to loss
of equipment, structures and crops every year due to fire. After
deploying 4 Robwen foam pump modules and a Robwen mobile attack unit, the
Gin gained the upper hand by dramatically reducing fire related losses. They are planning similar purchases for
other locations.
